Chehalis Repeater

 

 

This repeater is a GE Mastr II Base Station running 55 watts out to a 20 foot DB420 9 db antenna at the top of a large tower. It is located in Lewis Co. at 3000 feet. This repeater has a frequency adgile "REMOTE BASE" giving the ability to "link" other repeaters or simplex frequencies on; 2 meters, 1.2CM, or 70CM.

The best coverage area is Lewis County areas. But a high power mobile can reach this repeater on I-5 from Tacoma to Castle Rock WA. It has also been worked from Seattle, Bremerton, Port Angeles, Olympia/Shelton, Aberdeen/Hoquiam, SouthBend/Raymond, Astoria, and areas around Mt St. Helens.
