Randle Repeater



This repeater is a GE Mastr II Base Station running 25 watts out to a 20 foot Sinclair 9 db antenna. It is located in East Lewis County at 5000 feet. This repeater has a frequency adgile "REMOTE BASE" giving the ability to "link" other repeaters or simplex frequencies on; 2 meters, 1.2CM, or 70CM. This repeater is SOLAR CHARGED BATTERY POWERED. It has weather and battery condition telemetry that is voiced on the repeater output during various ID's or when called upon. The telemetry is heard on all seven repeaters, as they are continuously linked.

The "Randle Repeater" covers most of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest areas, from Mt Rainier to Mt. Adams to Mt. St. Helens... and works great on HWY-12 from White Pass to Centrailia/Chehalis... It has also been accessed from Seattle/Tacoma, Bremertown/Port Angeles, Olympia/Shelton, Aberdeen/Hoquiam, SouthBend/Raymond, Astoria, Portland/Salem, The Dalles, Goldendale, and Yakima.
